Our average employee has millwright, ironworker, and mechanical experience, and also has also worked in the power, food, and paper industries. We are always investing in new equipment, so check back to see the latest upgrades to our shop. Currently our machinery and facilities include:

3 CNC Laser Tables, 4 CNC Plasmas, and 2 CNC Waterjets These implements of separation can cut a 8" thick plate and keep a 1/10,000" tolerance
2 CNC Beam Lines Laser blades capable of cutting large gussets with a high degree of accuracy and little manpower on up to 36" and 16" wide beams
Direct Integration with AutoCAD and StruCAD Computer modeling that renders precise processed beams with a minimum of manpower and expense
7 CNC Shears, 8 CNC Brakes These machines create long, continuous, custom bent pieces accurately, eliminating welding, and reducing manpower costs. They can shear 20' plate at 3/4" thick, and can brake a 24' plate at 3/4" thickness
CNC Milling Equipment This device allows us to drill, saw and cope with computer-controlled precision on a 32" x 120" table with 4th axis capabilities. This means we machine many of the components that our competition must work form by hand, delivering higher, more precise quality at a lower cost
